We write the tender and specification, arrange contractor's, meet them on site pre tender stage. We arrange for the tenders and write a tender report to discuss, with you, the best contractor to proceed.
On site, we ensure the works are to the required standards, by checking as it proceeds. We agree valuations, with the contractor for your approval and payment, on an agreed time schedule.
We regularly discuss with you the works, ensuring you are up to date with project, have time to arrange any products you may be providing and have time for your input as the works proceed.
We liase with Building Standards Surveyors during works and for the completion inspection.
